Ha ha!...I'd totally forgotten about the elevators! Ha ha! I do remember I actually had problems getting to sleep I was on such a high! It's been really fun thinking about that weekend... it's been a long time since I have!

You were an awesome friend as well. This blog had me searching through my photo albums and you were all over it and I got to relive a bunch of memories with my kids. I feel so blessed to have had you in my life. The last two years especially, when I was gravely disappointed in the Christians around me, you were the shining light. I am so happy your life has turned out so spectacularly (except for that incident with the flooded basement, but even that has its blessings, didn't it?).

Thanks for writing! You're the best!Heidi Willishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18420802651029097379noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7313130055534395503.post-36646891279611049362008-03-03T11:58:00.000-05:002008-03-03T11:58:00.000-05:00Ha! Wow - does that bring back memories or what! ...Ha! Wow - does that bring back memories or what! As I'm reading your blog, I'm realizing how much more you remember than I do! I think the pain in my feet and hallucinations drove me to repress those memories. I do remember much dancing, water guns, and of course how you kept smiling while I just kept trying to stay conscious. :-D Oh, yeah, I also remember Jenny and Heidi taking me back to East halls, and finding out the drunks broke the elevator...so I had to climb 9 flights of stairs. That was just great! I also remember many jokes after the "thon" about my incessant, non-nonsensical ramblings!

Ah, those were the days. ;-) Thanks for sharing some great memories. I really appreciated, and still do, your friendship during our college years. You are such a thinker - and your drive toward God's greater cause inspired me to open my eyes and heart to the greater things Jesus would call me to in life. Now that I think about it, not only did you drag me to the "Thon", but you also drug me to that E-free church where God put a serious call on my life and changed my direction forever.

Dance on girl!Shawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06440816701258853003noreply@blogger.com
